ABOUT U.S. AND WHAT ARE THE MDGs? 
We are a network of social organizations working for women's rights in the state of Chiapas, our goal is to continuously monitor the progress or setbacks in health are, sexuality and rights, we seek to enforce the agreements and conventions signed and established by the state to benefit and improve the current situation in our state, we require to meet the objectives made by the government under the constitutional framework for social benefit Youth, Women and Men in general.
Considering the current concern on the issue of maternal mortality and lack of supplies in family planning methods have focused our interest on the 5th. Millennium Development Goal which states "Reducing maternal mortality and universal access to family planning methods", under the background that put Chiapas as one of the major states with highest rate of maternal death and the largest number of pregnancies adolescents consider the importance of demand and to hold that no woman dies from preventable causes.
